There are 7 skies above us according to Quran and above them is Arsh. Which is also divided into different parts. Above which is Allah.
If you want to be able to see all the skies (but not arsh) when ever you want then it’s a big wazifa. It is not easy since you are not asking for an easy thing.
In 40 days read complete Surah Takasur (Quran Chap 30) for 125,000 times. you decide how many times a day you want to read it but it must be done in 40 days.That’s all. Who so ever will do it. Allah will open all skies for him. He will see everything with open eyes.
